dc.description.abstract The Early Intervention Planning Council (EIPC) was appointed by the City-County Council of the City of Indianapolis and Marion County, Indiana, in May 2006 to develop a comprehensive plan for early intervention that will provide services tailored to the needs of children and adolescents. The fiscal report will provide an overview of current funding sources and spending levels for child welfare in Marion County. en_US
