The mission for the Center for Service and Learning (CSL) is to involve students, faculty, and staff in educationally meaningful service activities that mutually benefit the campus and community.
The history of CSL began in 1993 with a focus on service learning course development; four offices have been established to coordinate a variety of campus-community programs: The Office of Service Learning; The Office of Community Schools; The Office of Neighborhood Partnerships; and The Office of Community Work Study.
