Abstract:
The principle functions and responsibilities of the IUPUI Office of Equal Opportunity during 2009
were as follows:
• Affirmative Action Plan
• Employment Monitoring
• New Operating Procedures for Investigating Complaints of Discrimination
• Reasonable Accommodations
• Program Development/Training
• Liaison to Federal and State agencies on matters involving EEO/AA practices, policies,
and charges of discrimination.
