From his role in the 1976 campaign of Gov. Otis R. Bowen to his current position as CEO of Clarian Health Partners, Daniel F. Evans, Jr. has been a witness to and a participant in the transformation of the medical marketplace in state of Indiana. Given the importance of the creation of Clarian Health Partners to the development of the IU School of Medicine, Mr. Evans provides a vital perspective on the recent history of the school. His position with an adjacent and interdependent institution offers a unique narrative on the evolution of clinical practice in IUSM and the concomitant changes in teaching and research.en_US
